Payment Details
Consultation fees are always paid at least one session in advance. Therefore the fee for the first session is due at the end of the initial consultation.
You may take advantage of a 10% discount if you pay for 2 or more session in advance.
Stop smoking and group sessions must always be paid in full before treatment commences.
Appointments cannot be guaranteed unless a payment in advance has been received.
Payment may be made by Cash, or Cheque, and may be made in person or by post.
Rescheduling, cancellation and missed appointments
At least 48 hours notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If you do not give adequate notice, you will be charged for the session.
If you fail to attend the session the full fee is payable.
You may end the course of treatment at any time, and should notify me of your intentions to do so either during the session, or with at least 48 hours notice. If you do not give adequate notice, you will be charged for the session and this would be deducted from any fees returnable to you.
Refunds and guarantees
No refund is payable for the sessions you have attended whatever the circumstances. If you pay in advance for the treatment then unused sessions will be refunded.
Nothing in life is guaranteed, and it is not professional to offer one. Whilst treatment using hypnotherapy can be amazingly effective, the therapy is not a magic wand which 'zaps' the problems away. It is instead, a process where we both work together to help you overcome the problems and make changes. Therefore the result are to some extent dependent on your commitment, and motivation and involvement in the change process. The most successful clients are the ones who get fully involved in the treatment and act on advice and carry out any exercises given. You can be assured that as a professional therapist, I will bring all my skills, knowledge, experience and ongoing training to bear in bringing you lasting relief from your problems. However, I cannot control your commitment, involvement, life circumstances or what you do outside of the sessions. Therefore I cannot offer any guarantees.
